drinktec 2025, organised by Yontex, opened on 15 September 2025 at Messe Munich. The five-day event brings together companies from the global beverage and liquid food industry, showcasing technologies, products, and solutions across the entire value chain.
The exhibition covers 73,000 square metres across eleven halls, including A5, A6, B4, B5, B6, and all of block C (C1–C6). More than 1,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries, with roughly two-thirds international, are participating.
Some of the key themes of the expo include Circularity & Resource Management, which focuses on sustainable use of raw materials, water recycling, energy recovery, and compliance with regulations such as the EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Directive. The Data2Value theme highlights digitalization and applications of AI and machine learning in predictive maintenance, quality control, and production optimization. Lifestyle & Health trends are also showcased, including low- and no-alcohol beverages, fermented and functional drinks, and innovations in plant-based ingredients and flavor development.

The Liquidrome area in Hall C4 serves as a hub for knowledge exchange, with exhibitor presentations, research talks, and a dedicated startup zone. Several new companies are presenting solutions in sustainable technologies, digital tools, and ingredient innovation.
Organizers noted that hall layouts and logistics were carefully planned to accommodate the event alongside other major exhibitions in Munich, such as IAA Mobility.
The opening day of drinktec 2025 provided a platform for exhibitors and visitors to explore developments in technology, sustainability, and industry trends, establishing the tone for the remainder of the fair.

At the 2025 edition, there are number of companies from India including UFlex Asepto, Nipra Industries, Beeta Conveyors, Chemco Plastic Industries, Dalmia Polypro Industries, JB Ecotex, PETform Technologies, Rapid BevTech, and Srichakra Polyplast India.Â
