Rajkot-based HK Foods Manufacturer produces and supplies all kinds of flour from wheat, rice, corn, pulses and millets along with tapioca, maize and wheat starch. The company supplies its range to top domestic food manufacturers including Balaji, Haldiram’s, ITC while exporting to Gulf and African countries. In India, it mainly supplies in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

HK Foods Manufacturer promoted its range at the recent Indusfood Manufacturing show in Delhi NCR. With 18 SKUs in its range, the company has just started manufacturing flour from millets such as ragi, jowar and bajra. “We decided to introduce millet flours in the market as the government is promoting millets and there is increased awareness about its health benefits in India,” Manish Tank from HK Foods Manufacturer said.

Many new startups are coming up in the food industry, which is growing around 20-25% every year, Tank said.
