Driven by its food and beverage segment, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) major Dharampal Satyapal (DS) Group has crossed Rs 10,000 crore in revenue in FY2024–25 – a milestone that places it among India’s top 15 FMCG companies.

Reports in the financial media quoting company data says the F&B vertical contributes 42% of its total revenue. Mouth fresheners follow at 38%. Tobacco, once the core business, is less than 10% of its turnover. Hospitality, dairy, and luxury retail constitute the rest.

The company recorded a three-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 16% across businesses, with the F&B division growing at a sharper 19%. The Financial Express quoted company officials as attributing the performance to a mix of organic growth, a broadening distribution network, and strategic adaptation to shifts in consumer behavior, particularly in online and quick commerce channels.

DS Group has more than 5,000 distributors and reaches more than 1.5 million retailers directly – expanding into modern trade and online marketplaces.

Vice chairman Rajiv Kumar said surpassing the ₹10,000-crore milestone is more than just a financial achievement, it signifies its integral role as a significant contributor to India’s evolving growth story. DS Group, he said, aims to hit Rs 20,000 crore in revenue by its centenary year and emphasized the role of innovation and product development in driving future growth.

The company’s portfolio includes spices, beverages, confectionery, hospitality and dairy. Its hotel business includes six properties.
