Headquartered in Pune, Avians Innovations Technology showcased its portfolio of high-speed doors, rolling shutters, dock levellers, loading bay equipment, and physical access systems, highlighting its capabilities in automation and innovation at Anuga FoodTec 2025.

The highlighted products from Avians – which operates out of a 2,80,000 square feet manufacturing and warehouse facility — are designed to meet the operational needs of food, beverage, and pharmaceutical companies, sectors where speed, hygiene, and efficiency are important.

Among its products were high-speed doors, available in multiple variants, such as PVC fabric high-speed doors for quick and seamless operations; insulated high-speed doors with Poly Urethane Foam (PUF) insulation for temperature-sensitive environments, particularly suited for cold storage and food processing facilities; self-repairing high-speed doors, which combine the functionality of a rolling shutter with advanced self-repair technology minimizing downtime in case of accidental impacts; and spiral doors, a modern alternative offering speed and durability.

Other showcased products included rolling shutters in stainless steel, galvanized iron, and aluminum variants, for diverse application requirements. Avians also demonstrated its range of loading bay solutions, including dock levellers with capacities ranging from 4 tons to 40 tons, and overhead sectional doors that enhance operational efficiency in warehouses and logistics hubs.

Ranjit Shukla from Avians said, “Safety and access control are increasingly important for industries such as food and pharma, where regulated environments and high-value facilities require reliable solutions. This is where we come into play.”

Avians sees significant opportunities for its automation and access solutions in the growing Indian food processing and pharmaceutical sectors. Shukla said these industries are prioritizing operational efficiency, hygiene, and safety, which aligns well with Avians’ product capabilities.

Our products are highly relevant to the food and pharma industries, where there is a strong need for insulated, high-speed, and fire-rated solutions. We are getting a lot of enquiries and quality leads from these sectors, and the response at Anuga FoodTec has been very encouraging,” he said.

Shukla said the company is expanding its product range and introducing advanced solutions for various industry needs. One of its recent launches is insulated fire shutters, designed to combine fire protection with thermal insulation.

Avians is expanding day by day. We are bringing new innovative products in terms of automation and loading bay solutions, keeping in mind the evolving needs of our customers.”
