Skope Kitchens, a delivery-first platform enabling food brands to scale through a full-stack ecosystem, while building its own portfolio of brands, has announced the launch of Al Mashawi Shawarma, a UAE-inspired shawarma concept developed in-house as part of its growing B2C portfolio. Now live across multiple locations in Bangalore, the brand marks a strategic expansion of Skope’s consumer-facing offerings alongside its B2B kitchen infrastructure business.
Built and operated within the Skope ecosystem, Al Mashawi is a UAE-inspired shawarma concept with authentic recipes and a proven product. The brand has been created to address a clear gap in the city’s shawarma market, bringing a more consistent and format-driven approach to a category that is otherwise highly fragmented.
The menu is rooted in traditional Arabic-style preparation, featuring elements such as garlic toum, pickled vegetables, and soft kuboos bread, while also offering familiar variants like Peri Peri and Chicken Tikka. With an accessible price point of approximately ₹400 for two, the brand is positioned for repeat, everyday ordering rather than occasional consumption
Speaking on the launch, Arvind Krishnan, co-founder Skope Kitchens, says: “Al Mashawi reflects how we approach both product and platform, while our B2B business enables brands to expand using our infrastructure, our B2C arm allows us to build concepts where we see strong demand but limited consistency. Shawarma as a category is widely available, but there’s a clear gap when it comes to authentic formats delivered with reliability.”

The brand operates on Skope Kitchens standardized kitchen systems, ensuring consistency across locations and enabling faster scale without additional operational complexity. This approach allows Skope Kitchens to build and expand brands in a more controlled and efficient manner across key delivery markets.
Al Mashawi is currently live across locations in JP Nagar, Marathahalli, and Kalyan Nagar, offering city-wide delivery coverage. The brand is available on Swiggy, Zomato, and Ownly, along with takeaway options from its kitchen locations.
For Skope Kitchens, the launch of Al Mashawi, its in-house brand, signals a stronger push into its B2C portfolio. Alongside enabling partner brands, the company is expanding its owned concepts across cuisines, tailored for India’s delivery-first market.
Skope Kitchens is a multi-brand cloud-kitchen platform operating across both B2B and B2C verticals. It enables food brands to expand through fully managed kitchen infrastructure, while also building and scaling its own portfolio of delivery-first brands.
Focused on consistency, speed, and scalability, Skope Kitchens leverages standardized operations and technology to meet the evolving demands of India’s food delivery market.
