Fusipim, a Malaysia-based manufacturer of ready-to-cook frozen seafood, breadcrumbs, culinary products, and sauces, debuted at Aahar 2025 — showcasing its extensive range of processed foods and sauces.

With a diverse portfolio of over 120 frozen and ambient ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat products, Fusipim, which received positive feedback about its tasting samples, aims to expand its footprint in the Indian market and beyond.

Fusipim’s product range includes fish balls, cheese fish tofu, wholemeal pao, chicken fritter flour, breadcrumbs, nacho cheese sauce, and a variety of ready-to-eat sauces. These products are for multiple cuisines and cooking styles, including hot pot, oden, deep fry, BBQ, stir fry, finger foods, and party snacks.

The company’s frozen food offerings are marketed under the Fusipim brand, while steamboat products are sold under Rich Mama, and cooking flours and sauces are branded as Pak Long.

Speaking to IndiFoodBev, Douglas Lauh, business development manager at Fusipim, highlighted India’s growing seafood market. “India presents a huge opportunity for the seafood industry, some major factors are various government initiatives and its geographical location,” Lauh explained. He said the country’s consumption of processed food has seen a significant rise in the last decade, making it an attractive market for Fusipim’s frozen and ready-to-eat seafood products.

Fusipim’s participation in Aahar 2025 was driven by its goal to establish strategic partnerships with Indian businesses interested in importing and distributing frozen seafood. “We are actively looking for partners who can help us bring our frozen seafood brands to Indian consumers,” Lauh said. He emphasized that Fusipim offers its products in multiple packaging sizes for both the retail market and the food service industry, including restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses.

With 37 years of industry experience, Fusipim has built a strong export network across Southeast Asia. The company currently exports to Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and several other countries. Lauh said Fusipim is expanding beyond India into other South Asian markets such as Nepal and Bangladesh. “Our mission is to establish Fusipim as a world-class brand with a global presence,” he stated.
