Focusing on food-industry applications, Qimarox, a manufacturer of material handling systems, will showcase a wide range of products from its portfolio at Anuga FoodTec 2025, to be held at the Bombay Exhibition Center, Mumbai, from 20-22 August 2025. At hall 2, stand A15, the company will present a wide range of vertical conveying and palletizing systems designed to improve efficiency, space utilization, and safety in modern food production lines.
Qimarox will highlight its vertical conveyors for small goods—including the ProRunner mk5, mk1, and PR2 models. These are engineered to elevate packaged items gently and at high speeds, all while maintaining a compact footprint.
For larger operations handling bulk loads, Qimarox offers its vertical conveyors for pallets, specifically the ProRunner mk9 and mk10, which are capable of moving over 100 pallets per hour in both pallet-in and pallet-out configurations. The company will display its palletizing solutions, featuring fixed palletizing configurations for different sectors in the food industry.
Further, its stand will highlight the pallet dispensers, including innovative infeed and outfeed modules that help streamline the stacking and de-stacking process, enhancing operational flow. It will highlight its turnkey safety fencing and system integration services, ensuring every deployment is not only efficient but compliant with CE standards and safety regulations. These solutions support streamlined line layouts while maintaining the highest levels of operator safety.
Jaco Hooijer, business development manager, Qimarox said, “India’s food processing sector is growing at nearly 10 % CAGR, driven by rising packaged foods and dairy demand. Over the past year, inquiries for our vertical conveying and palletizing lines have increased by over 50%, both for new plants and capacity upgrades. We see strong opportunities in contract packing facilities and other segments where gentle handling and space-efficient buffering are critical.”
Speaking about their goals at the show, Hooijer said the primary objective is to demonstrate the live operation of the ProRunner mk5, allowing potential customers and system integrators to experience its performance in real time. This hands-on approach helps Qimarox communicate the practicality and robustness of its equipment.
The company aims to engage directly with end-users, OEMs, and EPCs, to better understand the operational challenges in food production and identify partnership opportunities across South Asia. According to Hooijer, the exhibition serves as a platform to validate Qimarox’s modular design strategy and future control-platform roadmap based on direct market feedback.
By participating in Anuga FoodTec, Qimarox looks to expand its regional footprint, particularly in greenfield and retrofit projects, by positioning itself as a preferred supplier of vertical conveying and palletizing solutions for the food and beverage sector.
