Shiva Biochem Industries, lecithin producers from Amravati, participated at the Indusfood Manufacturing show in Delhi. Established in 2012 by Suraj Dembla, the company, known for its lecithin liquid and powder from soya and sunflower, has a global presence.

Lecithin is a group of fatty substances found in plants and animals. It has many uses, including food additives, moisturizers, and supplements. It is used as an emulsifier to combine foods and smooth textures, and is found in many foods, including egg yolk, soybean, nuts, and whole grains.

At the show, Dembla explained that Shiva Biochem Industries aims to ensure that every batch of soya lecithin fluid meets the highest standards of purity and efficacy — right from sourcing the finest raw materials to implementing stringent quality control measures. The company aimed to leverage the exhibition to create awareness about the brand and the quality it can provide to the Indian markets.

Ninety percent of buyers of lecithin are not aware of the product’s quality. Our major business comes from exports where we have been active since inception. We supply Lecithin-based products to more than 90 countries,” Dembla said.

At Shiva Biochem Industries, we believe in fostering long-term partnerships built on trust, reliability, and mutual growth. Whether you’re a multinational corporation or a small-scale enterprise, we are dedicated to providing tailored solutions to meet your specific requirements. As we continue to grow and evolve, our core values remain unchanged— integrity, innovation, and excellence,” he said.
