The Alpha 8 offers the combined benefits of variety, productivity, and specialty packaging for ready-to-eat foods. Its sturdy, compact design ensures easy cleaning and maintenance. One of its key features is the ability to integrate two or three different fillers, which allows simultaneous dispensing of multiple ingredients in a single pouch.”

Highlighting the motto of participation in the event, he said, “Our participation aims to showcase the latest innovations in automated packaging solutions and to connect with industry professionals.”

Beyond food, Nichrome serves the agrochemical sector, providing machines that pack powders, granules, and liquids with precision. “With growing emphasis on sustainability and automation, Nichrome is well-positioned to support industries across the value chain with various integrated solutions,” Patwardhan noted.

While the company was optimistic about engaging with a large number of visitors at Anuga FoodTec, the turnout was affected by heavy rain. Patwardhan admitted that the overall footfall was minimal, though the visitors who did attend were serious and relevant to Nichrome’s business.

As the Indian food and packaging industries continue to evolve, automation and sustainability are two critical drivers shaping the future, according to Patwardhan, adding that the machine showcased highlights these two factors. He said Nichrome is gearing up to meet the growing expectations of the food, dairy, pharma, and agrochemical markets across the country.
