Mettler-Toledo’s product inspection division will showcase its smart product inspection technologies based on its theme of ‘Boost Your Productivity’ at ANUTEC 2023, India’s largest international exhibition for the food processing and packaging industry in Mumbai.
At stand U15, on 7 – 9 September 2023, Mettler-Toledo experts from the product inspection division, along with representatives from the lab, industry and process analytics divisions, will be available on the booth to offer valuable insights and present their innovative food safety and quality technology solutions which help boost productivity for food manufacturers.
Advanced product inspection technologies on display at booth U15 include:
X12 X-ray Inspection System: The X12 forms part of the newly launched X2 Series, a range of high-performing x-ray systems, to help enhance product safety at an incredible price point for all food manufacturers. Launched at Interpack May 2023, x-ray inspection is now accessible for all budgets, offering manufacturers software that is designed to last longer and perform better. The X12 system delivers superior foreign body detection for a wide range of contaminants, including glass, metal, mineral stone, calcified bone, dense plastic and rubber compounds whilst simultaneously completing a number of quality control and integrity checks. Ideal for single-lane inspection of small to medium-sized packages, the X12 features the HiGain detector which generates sharper images to deliver outstanding contaminant detection.
C35 Washdown Checkweigher: This precision checkweighing system, specifically designed for food production environments, delivers accurate weight measurement, irrespective of challenging environmental production conditions. Its hygienic washdown capability provides optimal cleanliness and ease of operation. A modular design offers customization to effectively handle any package type.
ASN9000 Metal Detection System: This advanced metal detection system is ideal for inspecting small, packed product applications. The ASN9000 identifies and rejects all metal contaminants including ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel thereby upholding consumer safety and maintaining product integrity. Small in stature, the ASN9000 is optimised for production lines with limited space.
M31R Metal Detection System: Designed for enhanced metal detection sensitivity, the M31R system delivers high sensitivity to detect metal contaminants in dry or wet products. As an entry level metal detection model, the M31R is an ideal choice for manufacturers requiring food safety compliance, and its future-proof modular design means can be easily upgraded as and when requirements change.
The dedicated Mettler-Toledo Service Team will also be at the show to explain how manufacturers with the necessary service support in place can maximise production uptime and enhance the performance and longevity of their product inspection systems.
“We are excited to showcase our cutting-edge food inspection technologies at ANUTEC 2023,” says Siddharth Kachroo, PI head of Sales, Mettler-Toledo, India. “With our focus on productivity enhancement, product quality and safety, we aim to empower food manufacturers to achieve operational excellence and help them deliver top-quality, safe products to the market.
