The show is scheduled to be held from 13-15 November 2025 at JECC, Jaipur.

Jaipur is set to host the inaugural edition of Bharat Food Expo.  Underscoring the thriving food processing industry, often referred to as the ‘sunrise sector’ in India, the focused business event promises to showcase the growing potential of the state of Rajasthan and its neighbouring states in the manufacturing, processing and service sectors. The show is scheduled to be held from 13-15 November 2025 at JECC, Jaipur.

“The Bharat Food Expo will serve as a pivotal platform for the food industry, offering an opportunity to showcase a wide array of food ingredients and cutting-edge technologies. This platform will be crucial in addressing the escalating demands within the market. Furthermore, the expo will play a significant role in spotlighting the latest developments and innovations that are shaping the landscape of the food service industry,” Top of Formsaid Anil Arora, president, ReEnvision Events, the organiser.

The Indian Food and Beverages Market, valued at ₹24.57 lakh crore in 2023, is set to grow with a projected CAGR of 11.05% from 2024 to 2030, aiming to reach nearly ₹51.15 lakh crore by 2030, stated a press release issued by the organizer. This market expansion is supported by the robust performance of the Indian food processing sector, which accounts for 32% of the country’s total food market. Significant advancements in food packaging, processing, and service technologies are driving the sector forward, facilitating the development of innovative and effective solutions. The Indian hospitality sector is anticipated to expand at a compound annual growth rate of 5.0% from 2024 to 2032. This growth is largely driven by a substantial increase in travel, both domestic and international, to India.

The food and beverage industries are widely recognized as the fastest-growing sectors in India. This growth is bolstered by the abundant availability of raw materials. India holds the distinction of being the largest producer globally of several commodities, including milk, bananas, mangoes, guavas, papaya, ginger, and okra. It is also the second-largest producer of wheat, rice, fruits, vegetables, tea, sugarcane, and cashew nuts, and ranks third in production of cereals, coconut, lettuce, chicory, nutmeg, mace, cardamom, and pepper.

Rajasthan boasts more than 956 food processing units, solidifying its dominance in the agro-processing sector and offering lucrative investment opportunities in this dynamic industry. The state holds the top position in India for oilseeds, rapeseed, and mustard production, and ranks second in garlic, coriander, cumin, pulses, and oilseeds. It is renowned as the ‘National Leader in Pearl Millets’ and serves as a significant market for snacks and confectionaries.

Anil Arora remarked, “These factors undoubtedly make the city an ideal choice for an event like Bharat Food Expo.”
