At ProPak Asia 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand, Fabcon India, one of India’s leading manufacturers of custom-built food processing and conveying solutions, highlighted its commitment to innovation, growth, and excellence in food machinery.

Headquartered in Delhi-NCR, Fabcon India provides customized processing and conveying systems for a diverse range of food products such as snacks, nuts, tea, coffee, powders, condiments, pet food, and more.

“ProPak Asia holds a big significance for us,” said Nishant Bansal, CEO and managing director, Fabcon India. “We already have customers in Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia, and we want to increase our footprint in Thailand. This region has high potential for snack and seafood markets, and this show provides us with the right platform.”

Fabcon India highlighted several technologies designed to improve efficiency and flexibility in snack food processing. Among the key highlights was the ‘fry-n-flavor’ system, an AI-driven weighing system that automatically calibrates product coating for enhanced accuracy and consistency.

Another product on highlight was the OMS (on-machine seasoning) system, which allows processors to season multiple flavors on a single product line simultaneously—offering high flexibility and quick changeovers for multi-flavor snack production. “Our solutions combine food processing and packaging into one streamlined system, which is highly beneficial for manufacturers looking to enhance productivity.”

“Fabcon India is always innovating,” Bansal remarked. “Our goal is to offer top-of-the-line, future-ready solutions that cater to evolving market demands.”

This year was Fabcon India’s second appearance at ProPak Asia, with previous participations in other regional ProPak editions such as Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia. According to Bansal, Thailand’s central location and the exhibition’s extensive industry coverage make it a strategically valuable event. “ProPak Asia attracts a diversified portfolio of industries, and for us, it holds great importance. We’ve had a quality footfall at our booth and meaningful conversations with the visitors.”

He says, “We’ve had serious discussions with buyers who are looking for alternatives to Chinese-made equipment. Many of them want more customized solutions and better quality, areas where Fabcon India excels.”

Fabcon India has built a strong export network, reaching more than 70 countries worldwide. The company’s global reach includes markets in North America, Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia, the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council), and Africa. “We have exported to over 70 countries, including the US, Germany, and the UAE. While all markets are important, the developed regions offer us more significant opportunities,” Bansal said.

Bansal said the company plans to intensify its focus on exports, particularly in the APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) region. The company aims to educate international markets on the value and sophistication of Indian engineering in food processing. “We want people to understand that technology from India can compete with the best in the world,” Bansal said.
