At the beginning of June 2025, Heat and Control the US headquartered global manufacturer of food industry equipment announced the acquisition of Fabcon Food Systems Ltd. Fabcon is a known provider of bespoke processing and handling equipment systems for the food industry. As we recently reported, Fabcon India based in Delhi is active in the subcontinent and in Southeast Asia, while Heat and Control India is based in Chennai.

According to the announcement, the strategic acquisition reinforces Heat and Control’s commitment to providing customers with innovative, customized solutions that set the standard for yield, efficiency, and safety across a wide range of industries. Established in 2013, Fabcon Systems based in the United Kingdom is known for its bespoke, cost-effective processing solutions for the snack food, French fry and protein industries – including processing, product handling, sorting, precision flavoring, weighing and packing systems.

Caridis said that Fabcon Food Systems brings a highly skilled, customer-focused technical team and a world-class manufacturing facility in Europe, further enhancing Heat and Control’s global presence. “The addition of these high-quality solutions will allow our global sales network to confidently serve existing customers while also creating opportunities to expand into new markets.”
