Nitin’s Premix, a manufacturer of powder premixes for the confectionery and dessert industries, highlighted its products at the Indusfood Manufacturing held in Delhi. The Maharashtra-based company has offices in Mumbai, Nepal, and Maldives.

According to Kiran Mamania, founder and managing director, Nitin’s Premix is a one-stop shop for all wholesale food and beverage premix needs, whether food FMCG businesses, restaurants, cafes, or ice cream parlors. “Nitin’s Premixes has come a long way since its inception, growing from a small business to a leading manufacturer of instant food premixes and instant beverage premixes. We are committed to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.”

The company says it provides its customers with the highest possible quality of premixes, made with fresh ingredients. The premixes are easy to use and produce delicious treats. “We are committed to helping our customers succeed, and we offer a range of support services to ensure that they can get the most out of our products.” Its key offerings are waffle cone mixes, waffle and stroopwafel mixes, instant beverage mixes, frozen desserts premix, and flavoring syrups and concentrates.

Mamania explained that the company began by producing products such as butterscotch nuts, ice cream stabilizers, and emulsifier blends. “In 2007, we were challenged to develop eggless premixes for waffle cones and Belgian waffles that were superior to the egg-based versions. We succeeded in this challenge, and our eggless products quickly became popular. This led to a new trend in the industry, as more and more businesses began offering eggless Belgian waffles, eggless brownie Belgian waffles, and other similar products,” he said,

Mamania also explained that the premixes market is growing in India and much can be attributed to the summer heatwaves that could affect ice-creams in transit. He says that the market is full of potential. Premixes, he said, are being adopted by restaurants and QSR chains at a rapid pace. “The instant feature is helping several dessert-based businesses to retain profits and cut transportation costs, streamlining everyday processes,” he said.
