Speaking about their innovation in the form of ‘Edible Cups’ Pamnani explains, “Plastic is no longer just being frowned upon,  it is being replaced. Food industries are making an effort to cut down on their plastic waste by introducing innovation. Our small contribution towards this effort is ‘Edible Cup’, made from wheat flour, sugar and vanilla essence with a taste just like a cookie. Edible cups can hold hot liquid for over 10 minutes and can be made in a variety of flavors. The cups have a long shelf life. After using, you can eat it up, even if you don’t want to eat it, it is bio-degradable. We are looking to innovate, reduce waste and come up with new solutions continually.” The company is working hard towards a greener future.

“We have introduced these cups in India for the very first time. We are looking for some chains that can understand its beauty and try it out. We look for creating synergy within the market. There is a need for such solutions in the country, but the customer is not aware that these solutions are available locally,” he concludes.
