Everest Instruments' showcase at the Dairy Industry Conference 2026

Everest Instruments, an Indian manufacturer & supplier of dairy equipment and machinery, showcased its range of instruments at the recently concluded 52nd Dairy Industry Conference, organized by the Indian Dairy Association (IDA) at Yashobhoomi, Delhi.

The exhibition served as a platform for the company to engage with the dairy industry. Everest reported a positive experience on the rapidly evolving landscape of milk quality check and testing.

The company’s stand drew a significant and highly relevant audience throughout the event for technical discourse, attracting stakeholders specifically focused on the nuances of dairy testing and quality assurance.

A company spokesperson said the high level of engagement confirmed that the industry is “hungry” for integrated solutions that bridge the gap between traditional collection methods and modern analytical requirements.

Central to its showcase was a comprehensive suite of precision analytical solutions designed for various stages of the supply chain. The company highlighted its Fusion Smart system, an innovative IoT and Android-based solution for milk collection.

For deeper laboratory and processing analysis, Everest Instruments featured the LactoScope 300 FT-IR, which specializes in milk and dairy product analysis with integrated adulterant screening. This was complemented by the DA 7250 At-line NIR analyzer for real-time processing line feedback and the multitasking CDR FoodLab, designed for rapid screening across the broader food and beverage spectrum.

Everest Instruments introduced a rapid adulteration test kit, a paper-strip-based solution that provides instant on-site detection of common contaminants, including urea, maltodextrin, and hydrogen peroxide. Similarly, it launched a dedicated rapid test kit for mastitis detection, allowing farmers to identify sub-clinical infections early.

The lineup included the MBRTec, which utilizes absorbance photometry to monitor methylene blue reduction kinetics for microbiological screening, and a handheld portable NIR analyzer that enables high-end nutritional analysis of silage and feed directly on the farm.

The technological conversations at the show were dominated by the themes of digitization and automation. Visitors discussed the critical role of IoT and cloud integration, specifically how systems such as Everest’s smart android-based collection tools provide real-time data transparency from the farm to the factory gate.

“There was a clear industry-wide shift toward rapid diagnostics, moving away from cumbersome lab-bound processes in favor of on-site technologies that empower non-technical personnel. Furthermore, the evolution of FTIR and NIR technologies was a key talking point, focusing on how these advancements allow for high-throughput analysis without sacrificing the accuracy essential for global standards,” the spokesperson said.

Looking ahead, Everest Instruments will remain committed to redefining precision through local empowerment and technological innovation. The company’s roadmap involves expanding food safety solutions across the entire food and beverage supply chain while driving smart automation.

By integrating advanced AI and IoT capabilities into its collection systems, Everest Instruments aims to help both cooperatives and private dairies optimize their supply chains.

The spokesperson concluded by stating, “Ultimately, the focus remains on sustainability and efficiency, creating robust, cost-effective instruments that can withstand harsh environments and help small-scale farmers achieve world-class quality benchmarks.”
