Mumbai-based form fill seal machine manufacturer Wraptech Machines displayed some of its newly developed solutions at the recently concluded PackEx 2022 that was held in Mumbai. Along with its standard bagging machines, the company demonstrated its newly developed products – a bottle filling machine and a sachet filling machine.
“We have showcased our newly developed sachet filling machine for the first time. This solution has been developed in collaboration with a Spanish company. The technology is European, while our plant has completed manufacturing in India. This technology was not available to any Indian company, and consumers had to rely on imported machines. Now we are making it in India, which means customers are getting a world-class technology at an affordable price,” says Karan Meghani of Wraptech Machines.
The sachet filling machine was launched three months ago, and Wraptech has already booked orders for five machines. “The response from the industry has been very encouraging. Since the launch three months ago, we have booked five orders. Three machines have been already supplied while the other two are in production and will soon be delivered to the customers,” Meghani says.
Another recently launched product on display at the PackEx show was Wraptech’s bottle filling machine. This machine is designed for filling and sealing liquids, paste, and powders in PET and glass bottles. “We launched this machine during the pandemic. And just like the new sachet filling machine, the industry has also received this product well,” Meghani concludes.
