Addressing the increasing adoption of intelligent technologies to improve efficiency and food safety, Elanpro, India’s leading commercial refrigeration company, unveiled seven next-generation solutions and AI-led concepts at Aahar 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.

A dedicated AI zone at the Elanpro pavilion allowed visitors to explore how artificial intelligence can support smarter refrigeration management across restaurants, cloud kitchens, food retail outlets and hospitality operations. Through the concept demonstrations, Elanpro showcased emerging solutions to monitor equipment performance, track temperature behaviors and identify potential operational risks before they escalate into product loss or equipment failure.

As a part of its showcase, Elanpro invited select industry participants to register for an early pilot programme, offering them an opportunity to experience the upcoming technology and provide valuable feedback that will contribute to its further development.

Ranjan Jain, managing director, Elanpro said, “Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming a practical tool for improving operational efficiency across industries. In refrigeration infrastructure, connected systems and intelligent monitoring can significantly improve temperature discipline, prevent product loss and strengthen food safety compliance. India is emerging as a dynamic ecosystem for technology adoption, and we believe smart refrigeration systems will play a critical role in supporting the future growth of the food service industry.”

Alongside its AI showcase, the company launched seven refrigeration solutions designed for evolving foodservice formats:

·       Curd Fermentation Cabinet: A specialised curd making cabinet developed for dairy outlets, ice creams brands and food service operators looking to add freshly prepared curd to their menu offerings. The cabinet enables businesses to produce up to 300 retail ready cups of 100ml curd in a controlled environment with a single click. This feature ensures consistent, hygiene and reliable quality in every batch.

·       Industrial Blast Freezer: Designed for large commercial kitchens, the blast freezer enables rapid cooling and temperature stabilisation, helping operators maintain food quality while meeting strict food safety requirements.

·       Ultra Slim Reach-in Chiller and Freezer: A compact vertical refrigeration solution measuring just 25 inch in width designed specifically for space constrained environments such as small bakeries, cafes, and compact kitchens The product offers door or drawer configurations, allowing flexible storage for smaller batch quantities and multiple product SKUs.

·       Convertible Undercounter: A flexible refrigeration unit equipped with dual compressors, dual condensers and independent temperature controllers, allowing the equipment to function either as a freezer or chiller depending on operational requirements.

·       Hot and Cold Holding cabinet: Designed to maintain food at stable serving temperatures, enabling commercial kitchens to manage peak service periods more efficiently.

·       Sparkling Water Machine: A specialised beverage dispenser designed to support premium restaurants and hospitality venues offering premium sparkling water

·       AI enabled vending Machines: Intelligent vending solutions designed for modern hospitality and retail environments, incorporating smart capabilities for improved inventory management and operational efficiency.

With 100% of its portfolio operating on eco-friendly R290 and R600 refrigerants, Elanpro continues to emphasise on energy-efficient and compliance-ready refrigeration systems. Hygiene-friendly designs and digital temperature management further support food safety compliance across commercial kitchens. Currently, 100% of Elanpro’s portfolio and 70% of its retail range operate on energy-efficient configurations.

Elanpro also highlighted its ‘Cool Skills, Bright Future’ initiative at Aahar — a skill development programme focused on strengthening technical capabilities in India’s refrigeration service ecosystem. The initiative has already trained more than 200 service technicians, equipping them with hands-on exposure to refrigeration systems, preventive maintenance practices and energy-efficient cooling technologies. Selected trainees are participating at Aahar, providing them with direct exposure to emerging technologies and industry developments.

Serving as an interactive platform for operators, quick service restaurant chains, cloud kitchens, dairy and ice businesses and other evolving food service formats, Elanpro offered a hands-on experience into the world of evolving technology. Through its participation at Aahar, Elanpro continues to reaffirm its commitment to support India’s food service industry with next generation refrigeration systems designed to improve operational reliability, food safety and energy efficiency.
