Winners of the AIFMP Packaging Excellence Awards

The Global Print Excellence Awards and the National Awards for Excellence in Packaging took place in Mumbai on 8 February 2024 alongside the Pamex exhibition. The awards were handed over by tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi with assistance from the print industry leaders and officials of the All India Federation of Master Printers at an elegant evening function. 

The Black Book 2024 including images of the winning entries and comments of the industry leaders and sponsors was also presented at the function. It contains a comment in its front piece by RN Dutta Baruah, president of the AIFMP that starts with a quotation on the top of the page from the 19th century Afro-American newspaper publisher and abolitionist, Frederick Douglas – “It is the mission of the printer to diffuse light and knowledge by a judicious intermingling of black and white.”
