Depending upon packaging volume, the machine can run at a speed ranging from 12000-24000 packs per hour. It offers packaging volumes of 90ml, 125ml, 150ml, 180ml, 200ml, 250ml and 1000ml. Sharma said, “The aseptic liquid packaging machines offer packaging for various liquid products such as milk, cream, liquor, juices, and other viscous liquid products.”

Shubham Flexible Packaging Machines also has horizontal form-fill and seal (HFFS) and vertical form-fill and seal (VFFS) machines, both collar-type and multi-track, which are widely used in the industry for pouches or sachets.

Giving an insight into the sachet industry, Sharma said in India, sachets are used to sell everything — from small volumes of shampoo or conditioner to ketchup and other condiments. “It gives a good business for brands due to their affordability.”

The company has a global presence in more than 40 companies worldwide with 90% of its market being exports. ITC, Tops, and Haldiram’s are some of the major Indian clients of Shubham Flexible Packaging Machines.
