As Delhi-NCR enters the new normal with Unlock 3.0, Bharti Realty’s Worldmark, home to some of the top gourmet restaurants, cafes, and bars in Delhi-NCR is all set to welcome its shoppers and diners with a contactless dining experience. According to Worldmark, it leads the way in hygienic practices of retail and food establishments to provide a contemporary, safe and clean environment to shoppers and diners in partnership with inresto by Dineout, a tech solutions platform.

The contactless technology from Inresto will enable restaurants and food courts with its end to end tech suite starting from pre-ordering, digital menu, table booking, digital payments to digital feedback and thereby, help minimize physical contact for their guests. A complete digital dining experience at restaurants and food courts will offer a smart, safe, and seamless customer journey. Customers looking for takeaways can also pre-order the dishes, only pick-up their food at the counter, and check out by making digital payments safely through their smartphone.

Currently, 90% of restaurants are operational at The walk, Worldmark Aerocity like Plum by Bent Chair, Kampai, Dhaba, Kylin, Farzi Cafe, Daryagunj, Cafe Delhi Heights, Punjab Grill, Dragonfly, Sandburg, Tokyo Table, Food Capital, Street Food Of India, Undergoggs, One8, Liv Bar and more. They also plan to resume nightlife at restaurants following the new guidelines to stay open until 11 pm, allowing both restaurants and customers some relaxation. With the previous guidelines, restaurants faced limitations in providing dinner services. The new relaxations will help restaurants increase revenue and be sustainable at these unfavorable times and help reduce the number of restaurants shutting down.
