Swiss technology group Bühler has announced the acquisition of Esau & Hueber, a German company specializing in individual solutions in hygienic process and fermentation technology in the beverage, food, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors.
The acquisition enhances Bühler’s malting, brewery, and sustainable protein businesses, expanding the company’s expertise and capacity in these areas while multiplying the reach of Esau & Hueber’s technology across Bühler’s global network.

Esau & Hueber will continue to operate from its home in Schrobenhausen.
