The Jaipur-headquartered Miracle Group is currently in its new phase of growth driven by capacity expansion, a diversified packaging portfolio and an ambition to become India’s preferred integrated packaging partner.
At Indusfood Ahmedabad 2026 in July, Gaurav Agarwal, director of operations, Miracle Group, outlined the company’s roadmap, highlighting investments in manufacturing, talent, machinery and exports as it strengthens its presence across the country.
Founded as a first-generation enterprise, Miracle Group has grown rapidly over the past decade, establishing itself as one of India’s leading integrated packaging companies. Today, the company offers a comprehensive portfolio comprising folding cartons, flexible laminates, corrugated packaging, labels, shrink sleeves and rigid packaging solutions, enabling brand owners to source multiple packaging formats through a single partner.
“We crossed ₹1,000 crore in revenue, and we aim to reach quality customers across India with a complete packaging solution,” Agarwal said. “Customers with manufacturing facilities at multiple locations can source cartons, flexible laminates, corrugated boxes, labels, shrink sleeves and other packaging products through a single window. That integrated approach is our biggest USP.”
The company’s manufacturing footprint currently spans Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and West Bengal, with two additional territories set to be added as part of its continuing expansion strategy.
According to Agarwal, the wider geographical presence allows the Miracle Group to serve large food and FMCG companies consistently across multiple manufacturing locations while reducing supply chain complexities.
The company recently inaugurated its new corporate headquarters in Jaipur, designed to provide a modern workplace capable of attracting high-quality talent.
“Packaging is becoming an increasingly sophisticated industry, and people remain one of our biggest growth drivers,” Agarwal said. “We have built an office in Jaipur because we want to create an environment that attracts the right professionals. As a first-generation company that has grown from zero to ₹1,000 crore in just over a decade, sustaining that momentum will depend on building a strong team alongside expanding into new markets.”
Miracle Group continues to strengthen its integrated packaging portfolio by aggressively expanding its presence in monocartons, flexible laminates and corrugated packaging while simultaneously investing in value-added products such as labels and shrink sleeves.
The company’s manufacturing network has evolved into specialized production hubs. Jaipur serves as Miracle’s most comprehensive packaging base, producing nearly every packaging format in the group’s portfolio. Gujarat houses both offset and flexographic carton production, while the facilities in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh focus on folding cartons with expanding printing capabilities.
West Bengal, meanwhile, manufactures almost every packaging format except flexible packaging, further strengthening the company’s ability to serve customers across eastern India.
Indusfood Ahmedabad 2026 also provided Miracle Group with an important platform to strengthen its export business. While the company has already begun supplying packaging solutions to several international markets, Agarwal believes exhibitions such as Indusfood help accelerate those efforts by bringing packaging suppliers and food manufacturers together under one roof.
“Indusfood offers an excellent opportunity because it brings export-focused food brands and packaging companies together,” he said. “We have already started exporting to multiple countries, and we intend to expand our international footprint further. For us, exhibitions are not just about immediate business. They are learning platforms where we understand customer requirements, interact with industry peers and evaluate how we can improve our offerings.”
With sustained investments in manufacturing infrastructure, product innovation, machinery and talent, Agarwal states that the Miracle Group is well-positioned to build on its remarkable growth story. As India’s packaging consumption continues to rise alongside organised manufacturing and exports, the company aims to leverage its integrated capabilities and expanding national footprint to emerge as one of the country’s most comprehensive packaging solutions providers.
