At Indusfood 2025, Kolkata-based Premier’s Tea highlighted its aluminum wand-type infuser as a replacement for traditional tea bags and showcased several flavors and other offerings.

Indusfood was a successful show for the company, which was established in 1988, in terms of footfall. IndiFoodBev spotted visitors keen on tasting its Darjeeling tea.

Papiya Dey, senior executive – marketing said, “Leaf tea leaves are hygienically packed in a wand-type infuser made of food-grade aluminum foil, a harmless and worldwide accepted packaging agent. Every single Silver Magic Tea Wand is over-wrapped with biaxially oriented polypropylene to minimize the loss of aroma and flavor. Twelve of these tea wands are placed in each beautifully designed white-board box.”

According to Dey, the tea wands combine functionality with aesthetics, creating a visually appealing and efficient way to brew teas. “The wands are highly functional for on-the-go brewing. The compact design of the Tea Wands makes them ideal for on-the-go tea brewing, ensuring you can enjoy your favorite blends anytime, anywhere. They are designed for simplicity, ensuring a fuss-free and delightful brewing process.”

Premier’s Tea views sustainable packaging as a convenience. As Dey explained, whole-leaf loose tea is packed in a golden heat-sealed foil pouch and placed in air-tight square metal caddies designed for discerning tea lovers. It comes with an easy-to-open lid to retain freshness. She says, “These teas are presented in attractive black and green board stand-up packs, promising a delightful user experience with every brew.”
