TCPL Packaging (TCPL), one of India’s largest packaging printers and which is listed on the stock exchange, has entered into an exclusive manufacturing partnership with VENTiT, a Mumbai-based company known for its innovative ventilated pizza boxes.
VENTiT’s unique packaging design addresses common challenges in food delivery by incorporating ventilation slits that allow steam to escape, preventing sogginess and ensuring that food remains hotter and retains its quality during transit.
By collaborating with TCPL, one of India’s largest manufacturers of folding cartons and a leader in the packaging industry, VENTiT is poised to scale its operations significantly.

“Our extensive infrastructure, including multiple state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities across India, will enable VENTiT to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This partnership will facilitate the expansion both pan-India and internationally, ensuring that more food companies can benefit from superior packaging solutions that maintain the integrity and quality of their products during delivery,” TCPL posted on LinkedIn.
“We look forward to a successful collaboration that leverages the strengths of both companies to deliver exceptional value to our clients in the food delivery industry. Together, we are committed to revolutionizing food packaging solutions for the evolving needs of the food delivery market,” the company said.
Akshay Kanoria, executive director at TCPL Packaging, said it has been a great experience working with Tanay Mehta and the Ventit team. “I thank them for trusting TCPL with their technology. Looking forward to rolling out innovative pizza boxes pan-India with them soon, enhancing the taste and experience for food delivery customers nationwide!” Kanoria said in a LinkedIn post.
