BillerudKorsnäs is set to host a webinar on ‘FibreForm – the climate-smart alternative to plastic’ on 8 September 2021 from 1330 hrs IST.

In this 50-minute webinar session, the BillerudKorsnäs team will introduce attendees to FibreForm, a totally unique paper from BillerudKorsnäs, which can help to reduce, or even replace, the plastic content in trays, blisters, or other types of conventional packaging.

You will be surprised to know that FibreForm can be run on existing converting machines. This and much more will be dug into during the webinar and BillerudKorsnäs will also take a trip to its lab at Gruvön mill to show how very easy it is to run FibreForm, and look at how the final packaging compares to a corresponding plastic solution. Besides this, the speakers will spend some time on the environmental aspects of the paper and touch upon performed life-cycle assessments (LCA´s).

The speakers for the webinar include Marcello Muratori, sales – FibreForm, BillerudKorsnäs; Thomas Fettkenheuer, sales – FibreForm and customer point of contact – Germany, BillerudKorsnäs; and Louise Wohrne, Sustainability director, BillerudKorsnäs.
