Pooja brings over 25 years of legal and business leadership experience across the FMCG, alcobev, healthcare and technology sectors, with experience spanning India and international markets. She joins HCCB from Mondelēz India, where she served as chief counsel – India, and has previously held senior legal and compliance leadership roles at Philips, JUUL, AB InBev and Pernod Ricard
A lawyer, fellow company secretary and executive MBA graduate from CEIBS, Shanghai, Bedi has advised boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams across complex and highly regulated operating environments. Her experience spans corporate governance, risk and compliance, regulatory strategy, business transformation and strategic advisory, bringing together legal expertise with a strong commercial understanding of business.
In her role at HCCB, Pooja leads the company’s Legal, Compliance and Secretarial functions, working closely with the Board and leadership team on governance, regulatory matters and corporate compliance.
