Addressing the burgeoning demand for investment and trade in rural areas of the country, Messe Frankfurt India announced the second edition of Rural Market Summit India (RMSI) to help strengthen supply chains and accessibility of products non-metro markets. Hosting its first virtual edition, RMSI will be inaugurated by hon’ble minister of state for the Ministry of MSME and Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India Pratap Chandra Sarangi.

According to organizers, during the inauguration address, Sarangi will throw light on the roadmap for Rural India 2.0- policies and initiatives to accelerate India’s rural economy.
