Elanpro, a leading commercial refrigeration company, unveiled seven sustainable solutions to empower the Indian food service industry at Aahar 2024 show in Delhi — encapsulating its vision to create an ecosystem of green products.

The company introduced India’s first reach-in freezer featuring an inverter technology compressor designed to foster environmental sustainability and better economics. Traditional compressors run at a fixed speed, consuming maximum energy even during low cooling demand. In contrast, inverter technology adjusts the compressor speed in real-time, optimizing energy usage based on actual cooling needs.

Powered by 100mm high insulation and energy-efficient refrigerant, the product saves almost 30% of electricity bills, making it a profitable appliance in a brief period of purchase.

Elanpro also launched the latest generation of blast freezers for tailored freezing. Equipped with menu-driven preservation technology, the modern blast freezer empowers users with adjustable fan speed and temperature settings, ensuring precise control over the freezing process.

The product accommodates a broad spectrum of temperatures ranging from -18 degrees Celsius to 4 degrees Celsius. Temperature adaptability ensures optimal preservation for a variety of food items, efficiency, and convenience.

In addition, the company introduced an innovative pass-through under the counter, to optimize productivity of commercial kitchens. Equipped with doors on both sides, the product promotes convenience and precision for chefs while streamlining workflows.

Speaking about the new products, Sanjay Jain, director of Elanpro, said “With our new products, we want to help food and beverage businesses reduce their carbon footprint. The new additions amplify our core capabilities, focusing on prioritizing customer needs, fostering intelligent industry solutions, and driving organizational change. We aim to cultivate a new wave of sustainable products and services that can modernize and monetize food and beverage businesses.”

Addressing the key challenges of space, utility, productivity, and convenience faced by food and beverage outlet operators, the company launched seven innovative, customer-centric products. These products will assist hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and retail F&B operators to improve productivity, increase profitability, and reduce their carbon footprint.

The company announced the adoption of green refrigerant R290 in all its new and existing products. The Elanpro chest freezer range carries energy labels by The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).

In addition to showcasing the latest and existing innovations, Elanpro provided comprehensive insights into the benefit of adopting green solutions for businesses across industry applications. Visitors at the Elanpro stand at Pragati Maidan got an opportunity to engage with the team of experts and learn how to enhance sustainability efforts while optimizing their operations.
