The second edition of T-Food (Traditional Food Festival & Expo) 2019 is being organized by CII between 23 and 25 August 2019 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai. The event will be held concurrently with ‘Foodpro 2019’, an exclusive show on food processing, packaging and technology, and ‘ColdStoRe India’, a focused event on cold storage, refrigeration and transportation.

T-Food aims to spread awareness about the native traditional foods in India and will serve as a networking platform for suppliers, producers, distributors and food service providers, who can in turn showcase their products and developments including processing of traditional food in a healthy way, preservation techniques, geographical indications, and recipes of cooking traditional foods.

The exhibition is expected to have more than 300 traditional food exhibitors from green and functional foods, traditional edible oils manufacturers, storage and processing technology, processing machines and technology, ready-to-eat and cooked food and organic grains.

CII is also organizing sectorial conferences on topics like food processing and packaging technologies, cold chain technologies and traditional foods, which will bring food industry leaders, manufacturers, dealers, suppliers and government officials all under one roof.
