The streets of Nehru Place celebrated WaysToLays Food Truck on 26 and 28 December as chef Manish Mehrotra showcased his culinary artistry. Delhites gathered in numbers to witness the chef craft his signature dish — Honey Chilli Chutney Lays with sesame and green onions.

Following the Nehru Place stop, the food truck continued its journey to Gurgaon’s Sector 56 market on 29 and 30 December, promising more exciting culinary experiences. Chef Vikas Khanna added his signature flair to the food truck.

Through the food truck, the brand expands its WaysToLays concept, launched earlier in 2024, by bringing it into the experiential realm. WaysToLays reimagines how Lay’s can be enjoyed beyond the traditional snacking. By incorporating Lay’s chips into innovative, locally-inspired recipes, transforming a simple snack into exciting culinary creations. With a menu and recipes inspired by local tastes and global trends, the food truck served a delightful array of dishes that incorporate Lay’s chips in imaginative ways.

The WaysToLays Food Truck has been making waves across Delhi, with stops at Hudson Lake, GBT Nagar, and Satya Niketan Market earlier this week. Featuring unique dishes like Lay’s Chaat, Lay’s Loaded Chips, and Lay’s Chocolate Chips, the food truck has captured the imagination of fans, offering a creative twist to the beloved snack.
