ColdStar Logistics, a temperature-controlled supply chain solutions provider, has shared a 10+ year partnership with QSR operator Lenexis Foodworks, part of the Inspira Global group, one of India’s fastest-growing QSR operators.

ColdStar has been managing the end-to-end cold chain operations of the company from primary transport, multi-temperature warehousing facilities and last-mile deliveries across 262 outlets for brands like Chinese Wok, Big Bowl, and The Momo Co., run by the QSR company.

Consolidating its long association with Lenexis Foodworks, ColdStar is now ready with a plan to support the company’s growth and expansion to 500+ stores pan-India across these sub-brands in the next 3 years. ColdStar’s current support spans the frozen, chilled, and ambient categories in over 360 SKUs of Lenexis Foodworks, enabling nearly 2,400 SKU-line orders a day with 99.85% delivery accuracy.

“We first began working with Lenexis Foodworks over a decade ago. Over the years, we have successfully anticipated new demand and adapted our services to meet evolving requirements. We moved from a part-fresh, part-warehousing model to a completely pre-packed frozen, chiller and dry distribution system for store deliveries. Consistency, zero stock out, freshness, speed and availability contribute to being our USPs for our partners. As Lenexis gears up for expansion over the next three years, we’ve anticipated the demand to come and are ready to double our capacity to over 500 stores,” says Sameer Varma, executive director, ColdStar Logistics.

ColdStar currently manages pan-India distribution through bi-weekly, weekly, and fortnightly replenishment cycles, ensuring uninterrupted supply across metro, Tier I/II and III markets. Its tech-enabled platform leverages AI/ML-based planning, route optimisation, real-time temperature monitoring, and predictive alerts, enabling proactive interventions and seamless execution. This partnership between ColdStar and Lenexis ultimately ensures consistent food quality and availability for consumers across markets.

“Supply chain is a critical enabler of scale in the QSR business. As Lenexis Foodworks expands towards 500+ stores, consistency, speed and reliability across markets become non-negotiable. Our partnership with ColdStar has played a key role in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining product quality at scale, and we see this collaboration continuing to be a strong growth enabler in the years ahead,” said Aayush Madhusudan Agrawal, director, Lenexis Foodworks.

With Lenexis Foodworks planning to expand its footprint to 500+ outlets over the next three years, ColdStar is actively strengthening its infrastructure across cities and emerging consumption centres, reinforcing its role as a strategic supply chain partner for India’s modern QSR ecosystem.
