Carlo Remmele to head Sudpack's business unit food

Carlo Remmele, a member of the founding family’s third generation, will take over leadership of the business unit food. The move reinforces the company’s strategic focus on its core business and underscores a long-term commitment to continuity and sustained growth. As Sudpack Group’s largest division, the business unit food is central to the company’s operations.

Carlo Remmele knows the food and packaging industry inside and out. He began his career with an apprenticeship as a dairy technologist. He then studied business studies and economics, preparing him for management and strategic roles. After that, he gained extensive experience within the Sudpack Group. Starting as a trainee, he took on progressively more senior leadership roles across the company.

As head of the business unit food, Carlo Remmele is taking on a key senior leadership role within the Sudpack Group and will assume responsibility, effective immediately, for the company’s most important division. In his new role, he will help shape the unit’s next phase of growth and further strengthen Sudpack’s presence in international markets.

“In Carlo Remmele, our business unit food is gaining a leader who knows our company inside and out and has a deep understanding of our customers’ requirements,” said Thorsten Seehars, CEO of Sudpack Group. “I’m delighted that Carlo will now bring his expertise and strategic perspective to this key role.”
