The National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T), has announced a short-term course on Food Business Management, scheduled to be held from July 13 to 15, 2026, at its Thanjavur campus.

Designed to address Industry 4.0 perspectives, the program will cover key areas such as global and domestic food business ecosystems, innovative product strategies, branding and marketing linkages, quality assurance and certification, as well as emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and big data analytics.

The course also includes sessions on digitization, retail management, financial regulations, and business incubation support. Open to food business operators, entrepreneurs, academicians, and students, the program aims to equip participants with practical insights and strategic skills.

The registration fee is Rs. 11,800, which includes course materials, lunch, and refreshments, and interested candidates can apply online before the July 10, 2026 deadline.
