Certified chocolate taster L Nitin Chordia is unveiling the Cocoashala’s Level 1, 2 & 3 courses in chocolate tasting. As the founder of Cocoashala, Nitin says he is dedicated to fostering a culture of fine chocolate appreciation in India and aspires to position the country as the preferred destination for exquisite cacao flavors.
Cocoashala, an educational initiative by Nitin Chordia, has announced the opening of registrations for its 4th annual edition of chocolate tasting courses, scheduled to take place in March 2024. This international affair is expected to draw a diverse audience, including bean-to-bar chocolate makers, startup entrepreneurs, cacao farmers, bakers, chocolatiers, students, and food professionals.
Endorsed by the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (IICCT), UK, Cocoashala is the exclusive hosting partner for the courses in India. L Nitin Chordia himself, recognized for his expertise in the field, will be leading a portion of the courses. The comprehensive curriculum is tailored to cater to both amateurs and professionals, delving deep into the intricacies of cacao and chocolate tastings.
Cocoashala is introducing the Cacao Evaluation Program for the very first time, a unique initiative aimed at supporting cacao farmers.
