The second segment of EPR (Extended Producers Responsibility) conference will focus on the brand owner’s perspectives on plastic recycling, sustainability, and circular economy. Through this conference, the organizers aim to bring the brand owners on board along with the plastic recyclers, waste management companies, and companies who conduct EPR compliance. The conference will discuss strategies, action plans, and management of waste out of plastic.

The physical conference will take place at Aloft New Delhi Aerocity on 8 October 2021 while the virtual event will be held on townhall. 125+ physical delegates and 150+ virtual delegates are expected to attend the event.

Recycling is one of the most important actions available to reduce the impacts of plastic on the environment. It provides opportunities to reduce oil usage, carbon dioxide emissions, and the quantities of waste requiring disposal.

ITS EPR will continue to provide a platform where all brand owners and plastic recyclers can meet and bring the solutions with regards to plastic waste management.

Key topics and discussions include the policy and legal requirements of EPR Implementation; innovations and technology solutions in EPR; microplastic wasteland owner’s strategies solutions; MLP packaging and recyclability with sustainability bond strategies, compliance, and technologies; EPR Landscapes – role/importance of EPR stakeholders; opportunities and challenges of the new EPR schemes; OPET Recyclability and aspects of KPR; and plate credits and KPR.

The Shakti Plastic Industries is the Lead sponsor for the event while Verra and Raivis are Gold sponsors.
