Medusa Beverages is all set to launch its Medusa Beer in Uttarakhand. The company is releasing its first batch in the state in the first week of June.
Seeking to capture the rising demand for beer in the country, Medusa clocked a sales of three lakh cases in its first year in Delhi itself. The company says it has become one of the fastest beer-growing companies in India.
Medusa is based in India with a national marketing division and eccentric and contemporary packaging. The beer is available in about 650 retail outlets in Delhi alone and in some high-end cafés in retail outlets. Its brewery is located in Punjab.
Sharing his thoughts on the expansion, Avneet Singh, founder, Medusa Beverages, says, “It is extremely heartening to give the brand a new address and launch Medusa in Uttarakhand. We always look for spaces, where there are gaps or territories within the portfolio where we can serve consumers’ needs. We are hoping to see a good turnout of young customers and receive an overwhelming response. We are really looking forward to being a pan-India participant in our further business expansion plans.”
Since the brand’s inception in 2018, Medusa has witnessed exponential growth. The brand is currently available in seven states — Delhi, UP, Punjab, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Silvassa, Himachal Pradesh and now in Uttarakhand and growing multifold.
